“No signal ” is displayed when connected via USB-C video transfer
  1. Make sure you are connet right USB -C port，we has two usb-c port，one for power and the other support dp-alt mode 
  2. Please check whether the USB Type-C port on your PC orbsmartphone supports DP Alt mode. If the device only supports USB signal, the video image cannot be output.
  3. Please use the original USB Type-C video cable included in the box. Some USB Type-C cables on the market only support power and USB signal, and do not support DP video output.
  4. When the monitor with PC or smartphone both stay poweron, please reconnect the USB Type-C cable again.

There is no audio output but only image display ?
  1. Please check the voice volume setting on OSD is not 0 or mute.
  2. Please confirm the speaker setting of your laptop is set as Magedok portable monitor
  3. If none of the above, please plug a headphone to the headphone output port of monitor and make sure whether voice outputs. If not, please contact Magedok  Service.

The Portable Screen flickers or keeps rebooting?

Most of this condition is caused by insufficient power supply, please connect the power supply provided in package .

Why my monitor shows Out of Range?

It means the video source inputted is not in monitor's supported video input formats, and the monitor cannot display the resolution or the frequency normally. Please check monitor's supported operating modes.
